Chicago Man Files Second Hand Asbestos Lawsuit
Thursday, December 6th, 2007 A man from Chicago in has filed a lawsuit that claims he contracted an illness due to second hand exposure to asbestos, which came from his father’s clothing and skin. The lawsuit was filed in Cook County late last year, and names over 130 companies as defendants.
